Biography:
Master Mayah Mach is a long-time student at Ferkile’s Taekwondo. She started training at only five years old, and earned her 1st degree black belt at age ten, setting the record for Grandmaster Ferkiles youngest black belt. At twenty, she received her 4th degree black belt, and the title of Master (Sabum-nim).
Throughout her years of training and competitions, she grew a passion for poomsae, and began to progress and specialize in this event. She is a two-time AAU National Champion in WT and Open Poomsae. She was also a member of the Ferkile’s Taekwondo Demonstration Team, performing for the mayor of St. Petersburg in July 2022.
Today, she plays an active role as an Instructor and serves as the Competition Team Poomsae Coach. Master Mach is dedicated to helping students build confidence, discipline, and technical excellence. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of martial artists and to discover their potential, both on and off the mats.
